Fight to the Death -
Derived from a phrase their dad used to say while they were fighting as children, siblings & artists Pearl C. Hsiung and Michael C. Hsiung's have joined forces on collaborative projects & have become featured Bitchcraft vendors

Born in Taiwan in 1973, Pearl C. Hsiung received her BA at the University of California, Los Angeles (1997) and her MFA at Goldsmiths College, London (2004). Her works involve the amalgam of diverse, metaphor laden images of transmogrified landscape-portaiture hybrids.

Born in Chinatown Los Angeles in 1976, Michael C. Hsiung is known for his black and white ink drawings, depicting oddly realistic and humorous situational tales. His art features imaginary characters and fantastical creatures such as mermen and centaurs.

Both reside in Los Angeles and draws from varied sources of visual vocabulary, including generic photography books found in thrift stores, sci-fi/fantasy illustrations, medieval alchemical drawings and childhood.

This collaboration is in part to see if, in fact, our father was correct and we would literally "Fight to the Death" collaborating or not.
